VUM is my insurer, they are so ***********, sometimes they confuse my profile with another clients profile end up deducting my account twice in the same month Right now i'm unable to reach them because I can't get through them, their stuff seems not to exist! If I call I can't find those who normally assist on my emails,I'm confused with their service And my car is not covered at the moment, I've begging them to keep my profile clean
