VUM is 100% useless

Actually no stars; zero stars. Not once been able to assist or pay out policy holder with Uber car Pieter Niemann. 313007 Previously no cover after accident and now NO ROAD ASSISTANCE despite proof of paid policy and disc on car. Also rude and unhelpful call centre. I am beginning to suspect it is not a legitimate company at all and don't for one moment believe it can be underwritten by Santam. Lize Coetzer
