I am very angry disappointed and helpless. I am insured with VUM Insurance and my broker is Mehluli Risk Services

I filed a claim in january 2020 they approved it and declared my vehicle a write off, and further more offered me a opportunity to buy the salvaged/damage vehicle I accepted then told them I will buy the vehicle from them. But they started telling me stories and refused to sell me back the vehicle, I then requested that they instead fix my vehicle from a panel better of my choice instead of writing it off, they also refused please assist me Guys please
