They are very poor and I recommend people not to use this insurance

They do not communicate with you when you make a claim..they make an excuse that they only use email but are non responsive over email. They rejected my claim on the basis on a late payment of a premium whereas they already debited and on top of that they had my car for full three weeks with no communication
