As it has been said to you on numerous occasions, you may escalate your complaint to the Ombudsman for short term insurance. Your claim was rejected because your vehicle was not roadworthy at the time of loss, and your driver drove recklessly. On the basis that the arbitrator also confirmed that the decision to reject your claim was sound, you may either send your formal complaint to the Ombudsman (as suggested), or to a representative/attorney of your choosing.
