never trust VUM INSURANCE there **** to there client and rather over charge them than help them during the lockdown season i really think if there is any claims there will also change there story

i was with VUM INSURANCE for the reason that I'm Driving on Bolt / Taxify Platform, i have explain my story to my broker during the Lockdown that there was no work so the 1st Month i took limited cover but then on the limited cover mean I'm not 3 partied cover and fully cover so I explain to my broker that it make more sense for go to PERSONAL INSURANCE and COVER so she explain to VUM INSURANCE and there are fine with it there even send my insurance a quote with the Price I wil Pay when i Come Back after the Lockdown and i was accept it

and now when my Broker let my VUM INSURANCE now that i start working again 1 July 2020 There want to quote me from R 3 627.85 to OVER the R 5 000 that i feel there have now why i have moving and have explain my Reason to them and now there want to ask me like R 2 000.00 More than we have agree on there rather over charge there customers than support and help them

I really now now That i feel like you Can't trust VUM INSURANCE because I'm interesting how there will change there story if there is any claims again my asset
