This Insurance company it's a ****,they rejected my claim,cause the pro rata was paid after 48 hours,i was involved in an car accident, they fail to fix my car nd they came later stage regarding towing fees that was supposed to be paid by them,but they failed to do so as well cause of the pro rata issues that was not mentioned during the process of claim/rejection.But they just send an email not even bother to contact me or inform me about the outcome of rejection, i need help on this regard,is it possible that Insurance can reject you cause of late payment, cause according to some laws of insurance they're liable to pay only 50% of the damage/vwhen you paid late pro rata.
