Intaba financial services/ vum

Hi VUm insurance/ intaba insurance over debited me for the january and February premiums . In December i asked for a crossboarder letter permitting my son to take the car to Zimbabwe but after learning that the premium will increase by almost one R1000 rands l cancelled the request but they went on to debit a prorata of 354 rands . January a debit of 2400 and something bwas made but l was not aware until the February premium was debited l then realised that l have been over debited . I called but until to date there have not resolved my matter intaba says they are waiting for vum and its been over 2 weeks now . I called today and i was told my policy has been cancelled how l do not know l am very dissapointed wuth the services l am getting from intaba financial services and vum . My policy number is 375231 . Please fix this l need my refund (354+ (2* over 700 of over debiting)) and also need my new policy schedule l am tired of calling every second day using my airtime if you are failing to sort this out let me know so that l can make arrangements to get an new insurance
