Don’t fall into trap called VUM insurance

Guys please be careful don’t fall into trap called VUM insurance, I cancelled my insurance with them last year 25 November 2018 after they wanted me to pay access of R20 000 for damage that cost me R17 000 to fix my car on my own, after that I cancelled the insurance it was only finalized by 01/02/2019 they also send me confirmation for closing of the account after fighting with them, on the 01/03/2019 guess what debit order with a different amount was send to my account with VUM reference I don’t know what else to do with this ****** I’m making you aware.
