Empty promises

We contacted Vulture Creek and spoke to a lady regarding a booking for one night for a Kitchen tea and Bachelorette party. The lady told us that if 10 people stay over for the night at R270 per person we can get the Lapa for free the whole day and don’t need to pay a fee for hiring the lapa. Then suddenly when we phoned to confirm the booking and pay the deposit they changed their mind and said we have to pay R3000 extra. The event is on the 6th of January 2018 and we booked it in October and now suddenly they decided to change their minds. I think it is really unacceptable and I will definitely never ever recommend Vulture Creek to anyone! Now we have to find a venue in 1 month’s time. They really messed up a dear friend’s special day
