I would rate them a minus if it were available. These people are ************. You get harrassed by the so called lady from their "LEGAL DEPT". She trys to intimidate you into paying for cartridges that are expensive but can't supply the agreement that you have apparently signed 5 years ago. She is extremely rude. She calls from different cell numbers. She phoned me 16 times in one day trying to get me to pay urgently then she won't hand me over. She makes it sound as if she is doing you a favour. Do not be fooled by her. She gets nasty very quickly.
