I cannot believe that these people are still trading. They sell you a cartridge with promises that it lasts much longer than normal cartridges. You pay for the cartridge and a week after delivery you are contacted to now pay for the second one (which by the way they didn't tell you you HAVE to take). They convince you that they did tell you that you have to take 2 to qualify for the discount although you did not sign to take more than one or neither do they have a recording to prove that they told you you must take 2 to qualify. So you pay for the second one and low and behold a week after delivery you receive another call for the next payment because you actually agreed to take 4 cartridges! What a load of nonsense! The cartridges do not last longer than any other cartridge I have bought - 2 months max. You then get harassed with phone calls that you are being handed over. The so called lawyer is also the sales lady - an extremely rude person that shouts at you when you don't want to fall for her **** again. Do not, I repeat, do not let these people fool you. Maybe it's time to contact Carte Blanche on this lot...
