****mers with Toner

These people are relentless and very *****, the one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. They sold me a set of cartridges that I took out of goodwill to support them and now they want to "Summon" me for the 2nd set because we claimed VAT on the purchase etc etc etc. Neverending story. Estelle and Cindy are two rude people, they call constantly and threaten that they are going to summon you. My husband and I had a discussion with Cindy on 20 Feb 2024 and she confirmed if we pay a further R1000 and don't take any further toners she will close the file and we don't owe them anything and she will let me have a letter to that effect. I have that letter dated 20 Feb 2024. Today 18 April 2024 they started again, Estelle called and said that we still owe R2000 and that she is going to summon for that and she is the only one that can sign a letter and we still owe the money. I only got one set of Toners, a voucher for Makro for R100 - I told them I would refund the R100 as well as we will make a VAT correction on our returns for the R269.70 VAT but they are persistent in getting the R2000 from us. That means that we would have paid R1800 (1st set of toners) + R1000 (as settlement) + R2000 (now claiming) for 1 set of toners which is ridiculous - these people are fishy. I would never suggest anyone buy anything from them. When you google them the first thing coming up is Hello Peter complaints and they are very rude and self-insured that I am scared of their Summons, I also have an attorney, an Advocate a Senior Counsel, and a Senior High Court Judge, they are ruthless.
