Horrible company to deal with

<p>Stay Away!!!! Stay Away!!!! Stay Away!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After receiving a second cartridge that we did not want and returning it to them via registered post, we were repeatedly harassed and threatned with legal action if we refused to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were very displeased about their bad business practices especially with regards to telephone etiquette and the verbal abuse several of our staff and management had to endure. Their representatives were offence, rude and relentless in their insults, especially Dillon Peters and Gavin Larson.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have refused to enter into any further correspondence with the companyand decided that any future e-mails will be forwarded to our attorneys should they persist to pursue this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whilst online we noted numerous complaints lodged against this company all complaining of: harassment, threatening and insulting phone calls, poor quality products, misleading and ********* marketing ploys etc. Other websites listing this company’s atrocious modus operandi include Report a Crime, Gunsite South Africa and Just Answer.com.</p>
