False Promises and lies

<p>I was contacted by a sales lady at VULINDLELA DISTRIBUTORS (PTY) LTD. She gave me a whole sales pitch about how awesome her cartridges were and that the yield of the HP652 gave 1000 copies and with her HP652 cartridge I would receive 4000 copies. I said to her that this is impossible as our cartridges from Hp say they only give 360 pages and she proceeded to yet again guaranteed 4000 copies and If we were not happy they would send a technician. I told her that i have had cartridge manufacturers phone me to sale me cartridges before and they **** to us as the cartridge either did not live up to the sales pitch or the ink ran in our machines. To which she said the only reason you will phone us is to order another one. I told her that the only way we could take her cartridge was if she gave us the guarantee in writing. She said she would send it in writing straight away. So I agreed to take the cartridge. Then another lady phoned me to confirm the order and I again told her that I want the guarantee of the yield of the cartridge in writing and she said she would send it. She sent a guarantee that says CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE THIS LETTER CERTIFIES THAT ALL OUR CARTRIDGES COMES WITH A 100 % FACTORY GUARANTEE AND HAS A SEVEN YEAR SHELF LIFE GUARANTEE, ALL OUR CARTRIDGES ARE ALSO KNOW TO LAST LONGER, AS WELL AS THEY HAVE BEEN FULLY TESTED AND APPROVED BY AN INTERNATIONAL CARTRIDGE ANALYZER. IF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT UP TO REQUIRED STANDARDS , AN EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE IMMEDIATELY FREE OF CHARGE ! ! ! FROM VULINDLELA DISTRIBUTORS (PTY) LTD I then phoned their offices and sent in writing that the guarantee was meaningless and did not stipulate the yield of the cartridges and only says its know to last longer, The guarantee as they call it says nothing about yield of 4000 copies per cartridge which is the only reason we took the cartridge otherwise i could have just bought a cartridge from the stationary shop next door. When i spoke to the lady again she said she would get the guarantee through to me. I said that they say we have 5 days to cancel and that either I get the correct guarantee or i' m cancelling the order. She said there is no need she was sending it through. My final correspondence said that they failed to send me the guarantee and therefore they can collect their cartridges. I have held onto the cartridges in their original packaging waiting for them to collect them. This morning i was contacted by very rude senior who had taken over. He proceeded to tell me they will not accept my cancellation and i should never have taken their cartridges and if I do not pay them immediately they will plaster our name all over social media as bad customers. He said he has given us the guarantee and that is the one they stand by. I told him that guarantee says nothing about any yield of anything. Known to last longer means absolutely nothing and is not what was discussed with the sales person who's whole pitch was the cartridge yield. He then started screaming at me and threatening me. This company has done nothing but lie from the start. Their sales team blatantly lies to you to get you to take the cartridge and then someone else strong arms you and threatens you that if you do not pay them they will blacken your name. Do not trust Vulindlela Distributors or do business with them.</p>
