Disgusting service

<p>Firstly we ordered x2 particular cartridge ( black and colour)which Vulindlela Distributers agreed to. ON delivery we recieved both cartridges. Cost R1500.00 which we paid, no cheaper than any other canon or samsuang ink cartridge.</p> <p> </p> <p>We then get a call weeks later to say they sending us more cartridges which we have not ordered, amount R1824.00. We told them we did not order them and dont want any more. They then tried to force my admin clerk to sign an order by threatening her!!!!! Their reply if we dont take them they will take us to the consumer protection legal route.. </p> <p> </p> <p>Funny how they can try demand business without an order or signature or any proof of authorisation???</p> <p> </p> <p>Business must be tough, as a business owner I know my rights, the CPA law is to protect the consumer from corupt businesses like this.. </p> <p> </p> <p>No wonder you have so many complaints on hello peter</p> <p> </p> <p>Tristan Kelly</p> <p>Director of Kelfords Ford</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
