**** - BULLIES - NEED TO BE STOPPED

I only gave it 1 star cause there are no minus ratings and no option to not rate. We got caught in the same ****. Now being threatened with a summons. Can anyone let me know if they were ever summonsed or had any legit legal action against them from this company? We are very reluctant to pay the so called "cancellation fee" years after we declined buying more cartridges.
