Big ******** and very bad service!!!

After being phoned again by these people and telling them what I've read and found out about how they are trying to **** people, they threatened to give my company a bad review if we don't accept the **** of buying another cartridge which we didn't signed up for. The lady calling herself Faadiah gets very rude and they promise you a guarantee which you will never receive because they **** to you so you pay R2300 for a cartridge which is supposed 6o last for 8month but only last for 2 month.
