ALERT!!!!!!! ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! ****, ****, ****..............

****!!!! ****!!!!!! BE AWARE... I am furious... Only a cellphone number on their invoice and the first time I phoned to complain about the cartridge not lasting for 6 months as per their telephonic "guarantee"... I should've known this was too good to be true. A guy answered the phone and the person that was able to assist me was on lunch. I phoned back again and spoke to a lady and she asked me to send the cartridge back so they can test it. I then asked her so what am I suppose to do in the meantime... I'm not going to buy a new cartridge, they must send me one and I'm not paying for it. She asked that I put my query on an email and they will look into it... So I've been trying to get a reply on my email but nothing... I phoned the following day and a guy answered again. I asked to speak to the lady and again he said that she was on "LUNCH". I then said that it was funny that every time I phone that she is on "LUNCH" - really... So I phoned again and again and again - now, with no answer... I am furious and so upset (with myself as well for falling for their empty promises - I should've known)... Unfortunately I only looked them up on the Internet when it was too late. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
