Bad service

I purchased chicken wire from Vulcania, expecting a strong, rust-resistant product suitable for outdoor use. Not long after installation, the wire started rusting badly — this is clearly a sign of poor quality or a lack of proper galvanising.

To make matters worse, a representative from Build It (where I purchased the product) contacted Vulcania on my behalf. Shockingly, Vulcania’s response was that I must fix it myself. This is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I did not buy a defective product just to spend extra money and effort trying to correct their manufacturing issues.

I have photos and proof of purchase. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the product and the complete lack of accountability from Vulcania.

I am requesting a full refund or a proper replacement.
