ABSOLUTE **** OF AN ISP. DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE CENT HERE.
Hands down the absolute worst ISP in the country. Tshepang flat-out **** to my face, claiming my street was fully connected and fiber-ready. I made payment immediately based on those lies. Fast forward 3 weeks later, and I find out the street isn't even connected! Now I'm being told I have to wait weeks more for them to do what they promised was already finished! To make matters worse, Cheny constantly promises to call back and then completely ghosted me. Zero communication, zero accountability, pure incompetence. They take your money instantly and deliver nothing but excuses and silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Not happy.
I made a payment on the 13th of April only to get my router delivered on the 30th of April. It is now the 13th of May and my WiFi is still not activated. No communication from the business and I can’t get a direct answer as to when it will be activated when I call the Call Centre.
