FAILURE FROM BOTH VUKA JOZI AND CITY POWER

I am very disappointed with Vuka Jozi. This year would be my 10th year of staying in their properties but their management is very poor. It has been 3 days and we have no electricity and their are blaming City Power. Every time I try to phone management their phones are off even the one for the owner. New Year's Eve and New Year's day we had no power. What annoys me the most is that the caretaker aand security guard keep lying and saying that City Power is busy fixing but it's been 3 nights now.
