Spam calls

Spam calls all day long, when I threaten with invoking the POPI act, they put the phone down and then someone else calls again 30minutes later. I block every number on truecaller as Spam, only for another number to appear on my phone as "truecaller verified". How ***** are you guys? leave me alone!
