POPIA Violation

I received a call from a call centre agent and my concern is that this company has my details, but I never supp**** any company my details and I definitely did not ask this company to phone me regarding extended warrantee on my vehicle. This company is in violation of POPIA and I requested that the IT manager contact me to explain how they got my details, which I was told would have called me within a couple minutes. Hours later and still no call from the IT manager. I feel that this company or their supplier where they get contact details are violating my privacy and I am concerned that they are also violating other peoples privacy by getting contact details on citizens that have not agreed to be contacted by such companies.
