Hi I paid R3300 for the package I wanted (house) as a admin fee I have a proof I requested for the contract I got ****ed off cause I was not getting any joy from their consultations. Vukile Manzi the CO founder called me with so much anger telling me not to threathen his staff members which I did not and it was Zintle I remember correctly. I told him that is not the way to talk to clients cause he was very rude and his staff also complained about his approach and some of them even left the company. I kept on aski g for the contract tm he send it incomplete and I called and then that was incomplete and it also stapled that I must pay monthly installment by myself as they don8have a debit order facility. I started to suspect that something is wrong how can I pay a monthly installment by myself instead of a debit order by the company. I was told when to pay for it and I never did so I gave the contract to my Advocate which he advised not too cause when I want to claim it back i won't get it. Cause even the court will say I paid that willingly by myself and I ask to see a finished project (house) that is finished or in process of being build till today there is none at all. So all I am asking it my money back cause the money that I paid was to make sure that they are going to build me my dream house which they never did. And how come one pay an installment of something that they he never signed up for and finished by them? The Vukile Manzi is very arrogant, very rude he only thinks of himself my agent Thando has been calling him for the progress or for him to reimburse me my money till this date and he is willing to support me even in court. But for now am still asking him to pay me back my money an amount of R3300 please.
