Poor Service

On the 29Th of March 2019 I app**** to Vuka-Darkie Capital Group company for them to build a house for me to occupy. I chose a classic package plan. Currently I have a vacant land where the house will be founded. My application was approved the same day. The contract specified that after 6 months of payment, construction will be commenced at the construction site meaning at my vacant land. My accounts are up to date but nothing happened. I keep on receiving empty SMS promises concerning the construction starting date after that it will be excuses caused by corona virus. Please help me to pay back my money you obviously failed to fulfil your promises.
