Flight 1899- Monday 20 June

We flew this airline for the 1st & last time. Stood in check in line for over an hour. Staff didn’t know what was going on. Paid 120 euros for apparent upgrade, with priority boarding , which never happened. Overhead stowages by our row (1 ) were already full, told rudely by crew to stow bags further down. Cabin crew ‘manager’ sat on her cell phone during take-off & landing.. (critical stages of flight!!) and during service. She was extremely rude & a bad representation for the company.
