Disgusting service from Vueling: Luggage delayed and STILL missing 21 days later.

We (a family of 4 passengers) were on flight VY8461 from Barcelona to Bari on 30 June 2019. We arrived 24 hours before (a full day) our MSC Magnifica cruise was due to depart, so that we could do sightseeing in Bari on Monday 1 Juy 2019. We disembarked from the plane and waited for our luggage (4 large suitcases) to arrive, but they did not arrive. The lady (Lucretzia) at “Lost Luggage” took all our details and said that they expected the suitcases to arrive on Monday 1 July at 16:30 and that they would be delivered to the MSC Magnifica before the ship departed. The suitcases never arrived. They have STILL not arrived or been found 21 days after the day they went missing.
