Very disappointed

One star is generous. I paid for my daughter's tutoring at VTC house upfront for a year thinking they would be able to help her. After about 3 months, they said that they could no longer help her - negligence on their part as they had previously said they could help her knowing our situation with her choice of subjects and needing to get them done in a certain amount of time. We were not given a refund and had to pay for the full year even though she stopped going there after those 3 months. My daughter also experienced difficulty with the tutors. They were rude and condescending. I think this is due in part to her being 20 at the time and them not knowing how to treat an adult with any kind of respect. Do not go to this place
