First time homebuyer

First time home buyer! I had the worse experience ever, they more worried about getting their money. We received no step by step instructions. Certificates provided for plumbing and electrical work was most probably ********** documents. We had to get another plumber and still waiting for this electrician to come change plugs. They have a stinking attitude, made mistakes with payment and now we have to pay money to fix their problems. Never again!!
