Unpleasant behaviour

I ordered hair from VSP using 2 agents which were ANGEL and MICHAEL. I first spoke to Michael, I asked how much are their closures and also asked about their banking details. At first he responded by saying they go for R700 and then when I asked again the amount changed from R700 to R680, which was rather odd. A colleague of mine then told me that i should order from Angel cos she had previously ordered hair from her and she's very reliable. Which is true. I then decided to go with Angel and i must say she's truly reliable. Got my hair on time, everything was fast, even got a gift from her. Today Michael whatsapp'd (his number is +86 ********** 1932) me asking if i had deposited the money, to which i responded yes, but i deposited it to Angel. His response was like "ok, BYE FOREVER" and then he blocked my number. I found that very rude simply because him and Angel are from the same company which is VSP Hair and for him to give me that kind of response is just very unpleasant. You don't go around treating customers like that. Some good manners go a very long way.
