Paid not yet received my order

I placed order to one of the sales person (Nina) from VSP on the 10th of this month, after I made payment she went offline on whatsapp. I tried to get reach of her phone just went to voicemail, I sent her boss a message he rep****. She texted me to confirm my order, she said that I will get the tracking number for my on monday the 15th. It's been 4 days now she's not communicating with me. I really don't know what do
