HAIR NOT RECEIVED

On the 27th of January 2016 I bought hair from VSP hair an amount of R1666.00 was paid to the supplier, when it was shipped the item was under declared as 18.60USD but on the invoice I received it was 108.00USD . The parcel has been detained buy customs and an amount of R2760.44 must be paid to customs because the company under declared the item .
