**** Brazilian Hair

I ordered and paid for 18 inch Brazilian hair and a closure from VSP Hair. When the package arrived, there was no closure, but an extra hair piece in the package. I reported the matter immediately, and they told me that they'll give me free shipment on my next order. So I tried to order the closure again expecting free shipment, they told me that I'll have to pay for the shipment if it's the only thing I'll be ordering and they didn't even bother to refund me. I then installed the weave using an older closure that I have and within a week, the hair was tangling very badly. You can clearly see the difference in texture between the older closure I have and their **** hair. I reported the matter to them and they sent me a bunch of lame hair care tips. I have another Brazilian weave from another store that never ever tangles. Theirs is clearly not Brazilian hair - stay away from this store!
