lost in limbo FOR 15 MONTHS

Good Morning<br> <br> As of today I notice that the VFS online tracking for my Sons PRP which we submitted in October 2014 and until today stated that it had been forwarded to the DHA for adjudication on 26 October 2014 now states that the application has been forwarded on the 26 November 2015. i.e. today and 15 months since the original application.<br> <br> I am very concerned and surprised to see this as it begs the question what has happened to the application in the last 14 months? I would appreciate some feedback
