Blatant *****- unauthorised monthly debit

I signed up for the VShred program which was supposed to be a once off payment of $57. To my horror I’ve just discovered they have been debiting my account $10 every month since August 2022. I contacted their customer service team and spoke to Sarsoba who brushed me off, refunded me for the current month and closed the chat without responding to my allegation of *****. I have since opened up a case of ***** against them via my bank. I am appalled by their blatant theft and extremely unprofessional and evasive customer support.
