V’s Laser & Beauty Bar ***ner) 4 hours ago So from all the reviews that we have received so far, let me explain, client was early for her appointment, said she was a doctor so knew better than us and would not give a chance to numb her properly before the procedure. Would it be better to hurt the client and make her uncomfortable or let the numbing cream work for a few minutes longer than have uncomfortable and hurt her. I have had more good reviews than bad reviews but I would really like to set the record straight. There are always two sides to every story. We can't keep everyone happy. She makes you feel comfortable and really cares for her clients. My laser treatment is fairly new but trust and experience is always reassuring from Mrs Versha. Excellent experience and service.

I arrived early which the lady said was no problem because she needed to put the numbing cream so I said ok fine this was at 11.40 I still joked with the lady and said I'm nervous. At 12.20 I asked politely what's going on to which the lady rep**** I'm almost done with this client. I messaged versha to say listen I've been waiting ,she comes in says no you have to put the cream on for 30minutes and closes the door and says to the the****** are you almost done? The the****** replies yes a few minutes. Thereafter the the****** comes in and I say to her I don't appreciate being **** to you using the lidocaine as an excuse you should have just said I'm running late i would have understood it's better than a lie. Versha comes in and says if you are unhappy tell me, so I said yes I am before I can finish versha tells me right you can leave . Instead of being arrogant versha you should have asked how long I was waiting and apologized for the delay not **** to me about lidocaine cream (especially since I knew It wasn't true) but that's fine I don't need to support your business if you talk to customers the way you spoke to me. And please don't throw around the buck I wasn't rude at all I was polite and all I said was don't lie rather say we running late
