Vulgar language, disrespect and bad attitude

Good day,

Please be advised that my wife called a meter taxi on Sunday the 24th of December at 12:45, she was at the Lochlogan Waterfront Mall in Bloemfontein and asked to be taken to where we live (28 Union Avenue).

The taxi driver came and entered the shopping mall, he asked a R 2.00 coin from my wife to pay for the ticket (which is not our problem that they need to pay the R 2.00, they must sort it out themselves), my wife did not have R 2.00 with her at that time and asked the driver to give it to him when they got home.

The driver got angry at my wife and told her, I quote: "it's always the same story with you, you do not want to use your money and wants me to use mine", my wife then rep**** and told him that we have never ever had an incident like this, and when was it?? He then said to my wife, I quote: "put the ****en groceries at the back of the car" and he went out to the pay point to pay the parking.

On his return, my wife told him to never ever speak to her in that manner, and they argued until they reached where we live, my wife put out the groceries out on her own and the driver was swearing at my wife again whey he dropped her off.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, I would really appreciate it if you would reprimand this driver, I need you to give me feedback regarding what you did.
