Empty promises. Highly Disappointed!

Not long ago I have written a review about this company whatever. I can't believe they had to lie to me just to keep my mouth shut. Poor delivery of services. I am still in doubt if whether to recommend it... Ppl were asking me in my village where did I get those Tombstones and I could only tell them the truth that THE MONEY WON'T BE FAR BUT OUR VILLAGE IS CONSIDERED VERY FAR BY THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER! They promised they will come fix the Tombstones but dololo... We need to unveil them now that the date is brought nearer. Pomfret is not far from home, I was promised that the Tombstones will be sorted out when they go to Pomfret. but unfortunately when you are taken for granted there is nothing you can do seemingly. Should I really involve the lawyers for this matter?
