Disappointed

Poor service that I received there. The guys who came to erect the 3 Tombstones at my village complaint all throughout.Those were for my grandmother (whose Surname is different from mine), my mom and my uncle(Surname same as mine) When I placed an order I made it clear that it's very sandy where I stay. Now they swapped the surnames of my grandmother and my uncle even though they were clear on all the papers.

I'm very disappointed because now I called and I was told I should place the surnames well as home is very far. My money was not far when I paid hoping for the good service but now it turns out home is very far???? I was never ready for such the response. We need to unveil those Tombstones somewhere in February which gives them time to fix whatever which was wrong. How am I supposed to fix their problem. I'm really disappointed. And worst thing is I was told the erection of Tombstones will be on the 10th next thing the guy calls me on the 09th September to say they going to erect the Tombstones. I couldn't be there as that was abrupt. I was coming home only late that day so to be there on the 10th September 2021.

How should I recommend this to anyone?
