I received a call as soon as I logged the query, the cost was great, and was told delivery would be at 9 the next day. It only arrived at 2 pm. I was concerned as I could not get hold of anyone (I found out later that their servers were ****** so phones not working - however there are cell phones and I should have been communicated about the delay in the delivery time. Having said this, I will definitely use them again! Parcel arrived in one piece.

We will look at methods of communicating delays to consignee’s.
