VRST NOT RESPONDING AND NOTHING DELIVERED

My parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago as per confirmation received. To date it has not been delivered. Non of VRST's websites are working. the numbers provided is out of order. I left message for the Owner George, still no response received. I have emailed them 3 times, no response received. Looks like this is a bogus company, taking payment for courier services but never deliver.

Please note we have it on record that you emailed twice after hours on Friday 12 April and phone after hours on Friday and Saturday. I have check with George Vorster directly and he rep**** to your email on Saturday morning with you POD, which is also listed below. Note that our website is currently down and being upgraded, all our country domains point to www.vrst.africa and we will notify you when our new website is up and running.

Please see below the POD for your parcel please check with your receipient, should you have any questions pleasr email us immediately. This has also been emailed to you directly.

who is Jean Claude?? the proof of delivery does not show any relevant detail. My document was intended for somebody else. I have no idea who signed for the documents or where it was delivered. My first email sent yesterday morning at 6h00 am, but nobody responded to it. I then again sent another email yesterday afternoon at 3h41...... Sent: Friday, April 12, 2019 6:00 AM ********** ********** Subject: RE: Account Morning George Please see Pascaline's email below. She is still not in receipt of my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on Monday? I await your urgent response herein.

Good day Celeste, please note that you sent your parcel to a Bank Building, that has a central mail room to which all couriers deliver. After which the they distribute to the contact persons. The company you sent the goods to does not allow parcels to be delivered to individual offices or persons. In future should you want to send personal goods to a person please send it to their personal address, alternatively if these are business documents please take it up with the company and person you are sending the goods to.
