I stayed here for 9 months now since March 2019. When I first got here a group of my family and friends came to visit to my surprise the next day I bumbed into a guy who told me they only have parties once a year here. I later found out he looks after the place. I was away for a week when I came back to my surprise my amplifier and Dvd was gone. when i asked what happened the owner told me he took the sound cause there were complaints of noise. Now water meters were installed for us to pay for our own water without informing us. Now water is prepaid at this place. The management of the place is very bad with no communication and accommodating of people. I had a 12 months agreement but they terminated my lease the matter now sits with lawyers. Be careful going to stay at this place very toxic people with no personality.
