I paid for a car. They ****. I still haven’t received the car. Let that sink in because that sums up the entire experience with Vrental: lies, delays, and zero delivery.

I was ****med. I paid in full for a rental vehicle money taken, but no car delivered. A Day later, I’m still sitting here without what I paid for.
They **** repeatedly. Each time I followed up, I was met with excuse after excuse. Lies. Nothing but smoke and mirrors.
Their staff is completely undertrained. Calls are answered by people who either don’t know what’s going on or give conflicting information. No consistency. No resolution.
Management is a joke. Escalating gets you nowhere. Leadership either doesn’t exist, doesn’t care, or is willfully ignoring the problem. No one takes responsibility.
**** apologies, zero remorse. Every message sounds the same: “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Empty words with no follow-through, no compensation, and no accountability.
