Rude staff from inspection department

The person I first dealt with was Thandazani Ngidi, a gentleman with exceptional customer service, very patient with clients, I am super happy with his service

However a guy from inspection department, very very rude, doesn’t give a client a chance to speak. by the name Amaar Sultani, it was even difficult to get his name because he won’t give me a change to explain and state my case. and busy threatening me throughout the conversation. I don’t believe that’s how clients should be treated. Very rude, bad customer service
