For over three years, I was contracted with Vrentals, adhering to all payment terms without fail or issue. After concluding my contract, I received an unexpected call from an agent offering a settlement five months post-termination. I unequivocally stated my lack of interest in any further engagement with Vrentals. Notwithstanding my clear stance, the agent's persistent solicitations led to my blocking their communications. Subsequently, another Vrentals agent contacted me on June 9th with a similar offer, which I rejected while asking them to desist from further contact. The agent's reaction was regrettably unprofessional, featuring abusive language. My ensuing complaint to Vrentals' office, aimed at addressing the agent's misconduct, unfortunately, resulted in additional harassment from the company's representatives. I have proof of harassment from WhatsApp conversation and telephone calls, I am waiting for recordings so that I can take matter further.
