VMG SUCKS

Made an appointment for the service of my vehicle at 8. Past 11 they haven't started yet. I asked them to come and collect me to get the car while waiting more than 30min I started to walk to them only to get there and they tell me the car is in the wash bay. I waited in reception till past 14h. Only to start my vehicle the next morning with it still showing "service required". This is the worst customer service ever. Knowing very well my car will never go to VMG again.
