Stay away from VMG!!

My car recently broke down about 3hrs drive from home as a result of work done by VMG. Instead of being apologetic, Renier Cornelissen decided to be rude when I called to arrange a for a courtesy vehicle. I was scolded like a child like it was my fault (an independent party had my car and after pointing out their mistake, arranged with VMG to pay for repairs so they already admitted it was their fault) and he is kept interrupting me. At last he agreed to send a driver to take me home and will send a vehicle as soon as one becomes available. When I called again a week later he said he had a bakkie for me but, again rather rudely, told me I shall have to wait a few days until he can arrange another trip in my direction. The vehicle I received has a faulty safety belt and handbrake. Unfortunately I had to take it as I am depending a lot on having transport for health reasons (which he knew). I requested the old parts of my car to be delivered with my car. My request was completely ignored. I would not recommend anyone to visit this company.
