Cheating behaviour from electronics store owners in Vredenburg Mall

This bad experience is not with Vredenburg Mall itself but with those electronic shops owned by foreigners in Vredenburg Mall, the store Celltronic, when you pay it says MZ Cellular Africa. The fact that this store ridiculously charged me over R3000 for phone covers and a tablet cover is ridiculous and the cheating nature of these foreign shop owners. I was obliged to pay because this person just puts the things on the phones whilst you are still busy talking to them and next thing they take the stuff out of packages and place on the screens already and covers. Over charging me is ridiculous and these shops should be closed in malls that are nor owned by South Africans because our work is taken away from us as South Africans because they Co with cheating behaviors and because there are no alternatives. They should not be allowed to own these in malls as well, they can have their small stores outside of the mall where you choose to go to them. Things in malls should be promoting proudly South African things and personnel because we have almost 40% unemployment rate amongst youth in our country!
