Vredenburg provincial hospital 10 Stars. Well done.

Contrary to belief there are still some government institutions that try there best to make things work with what hand they are dealt. I was taken by ambulance from Saldanha Bay to Vredenburg Hospital this past week after being sick and being stubborn my bosses wife called an government ambulance which arrive in 20 minutes and within the following 15 minutes I was inside casualties being treated for dangerously low oxygen levels. I was admitted and treated and discharged 3 days later with extra medication and instructions to stay in bed for a week as a result of my lungs having pneumonia. I understand why they can not keep me once my oxygen levels returned to 95% and higher the rest can be treated at home with discipline. My stay was no different to my past stays in good private hospitals. The day and night staff were excellent. The food was exceptional. The doctors were professional and kind. And important security was excellent. Well done to all the staff as they work together to make it the best government hospital admission I have ever had. You guys get 10stars not 5.
